How to manage listing inquiries as a team?

Thanks to our broker assignment feature and its filtering system, you can manage messages that are only relevant to you and your listings.

If you have assigned your listings to certain team members/brokers, only the person in charge will get a notification email, when one of your listings gets a new inquiry.

However, all messages are visible to everyone in your team in the Message Center and can be easily managed from there.

  • Access your Message Centre from the main account menu on the top upper corner
  • Filter your messages by dealership (in the case you´re managing more than one dealership), assigned team member/broker and/or individual listing

Additionally, new listing inquiries are directly visible on the listing itself. This way we make sure you never miss an inquiry again!
